Terms of service

This is an informational English summary provided for convenience. The only legally binding version is the Polish one, available at korepetytorhamera.pl/regulamin. In case of any difference, the Polish text prevails.

Effective date: 8 June 2026.

Provider

The service is run by Dawid Hamera, sole trader operating as Dawid Hamera Educational Services, ul. Stefana Lewandowskiego 32A/17, 70-237 Szczecin, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8513238923. The provider is exempt from VAT, so all prices are final. Contact: kontakt@korepetytorhamera.pl.

Account

Creating an account is free and required to buy and use courses. Authentication is handled by an external provider. The account is personal, login details must not be shared, and one access is used by one student. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Students under 18

If the student is a minor, the account is created and the contract is concluded by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts the terms, pays and is responsible for the obligations under the contract.

Purchase and contract

Course listings are an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer. To buy, you choose a course (and a group for year-long programmes), review the order summary, accept the terms and privacy policy, place the order and pay. The contract is concluded once payment succeeds, or for instalments, when the subscription starts. A confirmation is sent by email; an invoice is issued on request.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Polish zloty and are final. Payments are handled by an external provider (Stripe); we do not store card details. Depending on the course, payment may be one-off or in monthly instalments (recurring subscription) on the terms shown for that course. Missed instalments may lead to suspended access and, if unpaid, termination; amounts for services already delivered remain due.

Access and delivery

Access is granted after payment, or per the schedule shown for courses that start on a set date. Live courses and year-long programmes run to a schedule; individual sessions may be rescheduled or covered by a substitute with prior notice and a replacement session or recording. Live sessions may be recorded and shared only with that group. Courses are educational and do not guarantee a specific exam result.

Withdrawal and cancellation

For live courses and year-long programmes you may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of the course start (first session). Consumers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract; the rule more favourable to the consumer applies. For recorded courses (digital content) the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started with your prior express consent. Full rules are in the Polish returns policy at korepetytorhamera.pl/polityka-zwrotow.

Complaints

Complaints can be sent to kontakt@korepetytorhamera.pl and are answered within 14 days.

Intellectual property

Course materials are protected by copyright. On gaining access you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for the student's own educational use for the duration of access. Copying, redistributing, recording sessions, downloading videos outside provided features, sharing access, resale, commercial use and using the materials to train AI models are prohibited.

Data and disputes

Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution options described in the Polish terms. Polish law applies, and the Polish version of the terms is the binding one.
